Position: Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Urbansole is looking for an energetic ‘Customer Support Officer’ to join the Team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls
2. Manage both inbound and outbound calls professionally
3. Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
4. Coordinate and collaborate with courier/logistics partners regarding order dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
6. Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in customer support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage pressure
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are mandatory

Additional Details:

• Experience: 1–2 years in customer support
• Education: Bachelor’s or a related field
• Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore.
