Position: Import Officer
Rafum Retail (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a competent and experienced Import Officer to join our team at the Borjan Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and verify all import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/airway bills, and certificates of origin.
· Coordinate with clearing agents to ensure compliance with local regulations and minimize demurrage and detention charges.
· Maintain effective coordination with international suppliers and freight forwarders to track shipment status.
· Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding shipment updates and import processes.
· Review and verify invoices and maintain accurate records of duties, taxes, and related import costs.
Requirements
· Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration (preferred).
· Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in import operations.
· Age: 28 – 30 years.
