We are looking for a Senior Executive, Engineering Stores Department at the Plent Nooriabad

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Executive Stores professional to join our Store team.
The ideal candidate will manage inventory, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth operations
of the store.

Job Responsibilities:

• Compile department purchase requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
• Receive and verify materials (spare parts, packing materials, chemicals) as per delivery challans
  and place them in the inspection area.
• Ensure items are correctly placed in bins after approval of GRNs from relevant department HODs.
• Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Prepare reports on pending material requisitions and issuance.
• Assist in stock replenishment and ensure smooth store operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, equipment maintenance, and generate reports as needed.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the DM Engineering Store Department.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in store/inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP/SAP, and inventory management systems.
