We are hiring – Unit Head TBML Monitoring

We’re looking for graduates to join our dynamic team for the role of Unit Head TBML Monitoring in Karachi.

Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 7–10 years of relevant experience
Location: Karachi

Responsibilities:
1) Ensure Development & updation of TBML related polices and underlying procedures in line with SBP guidelines & monitor implementation thereof.
2) Assist the Head of FCC in identifying and reporting new and/or changing areas of regulations related to foreign trade and initiate their adoption process.
3) Provide consultative advisory to staff on TBML-related issues and disposing of queries after researching and analyzing available sources of regulatory guidance in response to specific queries.
4) Ensure implementation and continuous updation of the transaction monitoring mechanism for the identification of red flags in foreign trade channel/ transactions and analysis and possible reporting of suspicious transactions in coordination with the first line of defense and other stakeholders.
5) Ensure supervision of affairs of Counter TBML Unit and follow up for completion of tasks assigned within the timeline.
6) Analyze /assess and initiate Suspicious 6) Transactions Reports (STRs) for reporting to FMU in line with regulatory guidelines.
7) Ensure providing timely responses to all queries related to TBML received from the regulator, the Group, FMU, and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).
8) Handle TBML-related data/information requisitions, both periodic and ad hoc, from internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure their timely provision
9) Contribute in development and updation of training material and delivery of training related to the function.
10) Ensure Counter TBML Unit has adequate resources required to perform its duties.
11) Update the Head of FCC and the Head of Compliance periodically on progress, challenges, and issues regarding TBML
