Bank AL Habib is looking for a Team Lead – Credit Assessment

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: MBA / Master’s or equivalent degree

Department: Credit Division

Experience: 5 Years

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

To guide and supervise credit assessment officers in ensuring smooth and quality review and approval of credit proposals.
Review of cases assessed by credit analysts reporting to the position.
Ensuring compliance of Credit Policy, Credit Manual, Shariah Rules (where applicable) & SBP Prudential Regulations.
Coordinating with Zonal Offices, Business Team Leaders, and Relationship Managers in analyzing proposals and assessing borrowers’ credit limits based upon their underlying business needs.
Liaising with business units and guiding credit assessment processes to reduce Turn Around Time for obtaining approvals.
Guiding Credit Assessment Officers on various matters to improve workflow.
Reviewing various MIS reports and comments of credit analysts.
Presenting credit proposals to members of Sub-CC and CCC after all due diligence.
Visiting customers to assess the quality of physical assets and management, as necessary.
Monitoring assigned customer credit portfolio via various MIS reports.
Undertaking special projects as assigned by senior management.
Member of Group C of the Sub Credit Committee (SCC)
Any other task assigned by the Regional Credit Risk in charge
