Bank AL Habib is looking for an Internal Control (Audit & Compliance) – Support Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum qualification bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree will be preferred

Department: ADC Business – Credit Cards

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance audit

Job Skills & Responsibilities:

-Review and update ADC Division processes, policies, and procedures in coordination with relevant departments.
-Address SBP queries received through the Compliance and Governance Department.
-Coordinate with auditors during Internal/ SBP Audit, ensuring timely submission of required documents and resolution of audit exceptions.
-Ensure completion of all prerequisites for onboarding a new outsourcing service provider in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
-Oversee all outsourcing arrangements, including periodic reporting, spot checks, operational risk evaluation, and annual due diligence as per the SBP Outsourcing Framework.
-Coordinate with outsourced service providers on the KYC and CDD process.
-Maintain SBP circulars with MIS for record and reference.
-Support in monthly Credit Card E-CIB data to RRD.
-Attend RRD meetings to cater/ discuss the issues related to E-CIB Reporting.
