We are looking for a brand manager based in Karachi.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years’ experience in the FMCG industry
• Master’s degree (HEC recognized) in Marketing or equivalent

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand building, and integrated marketing
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, coupled with a sales mindset
• Experience working with creative and media agencies
• Passion for building brands that consumers truly connect with
• Up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with business and growth objectives.
• Lead ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns to build strong brand equity and visibility. 
• Manage new product launches, relaunches, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
• Conduct consumer research, analyze market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Agencies, and supply chain teams.
• Track brand performance, marketing ROI, and the competitive landscape
• Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources
