Key Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and lead end-to-end execution of 360° marketing campaigns.
• Plan and manage outdoor visibility, including site selection, vendor negotiation, costing, and placement strategy.
• Execute in-house network promotions, including cross-channel marketing.
• Manage media partnerships (concerts, films, theatre, restaurants, PSL teams, major public events, etc.).
• Lead execution of branding elements for in-house events (invitation design, venue branding, red carpet areas, and on-ground brand experience).
• Drive corporate branding initiatives, including CSR campaigns and reputation-building projects.
• Independently plan and execute Masala Family Festival (bi-annual).
• Conceptualize and implement creative engagement initiatives (giveaways, promotional merchandise, etc.).

Key Competencies

• Strong understanding of television marketing and content promotion dynamics.
• Proven experience in executing high-impact 360° campaigns.
• Ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Experience managing large-scale on-ground events and brand environments.
• Strong planning, execution, and deadline management skills.
