We are looking fora qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Paper & Board Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh.

HSE Officer

The candidate will be responsible for:

• Implement and enforce HSE management system requirements as per company policies and applicable regulations.
• Conduct routine HSE inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments across paper plant operations.
• Monitor high-risk activities including hot work, confined space entry, work at height, electrical isolation, and lifting operations.
• Lead incident, near-miss, and unsafe condition investigations using root cause analysis techniques.
• Deliver technical HSE trainings, toolbox talks, and safety briefings for employees and contractors.
• Oversee fire prevention and protection systems, including inspections and emergency drills.
• Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, registers, and compliance reports.
• Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to close safety observations and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Local candidates will be preferred.

• Network Administration: Basic knowledge of networks, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Computer System Infrastructure: Manage computer systems, hardware,e and software infrastructure.
• Database Management: Provide support to implement and maintain a database to store and manage organizational data.
• PC Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for PC related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Graduate in Information Technology/ Computer Science with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Local Candidates will be preferred.
