Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage regional sales, trade marketing initiatives, and distribution development to achieve assigned financial and volumetric KPIs
• Lead and inculcate a numeric distribution culture at the distributor's level to enhance service levels, increase brand reach, and build strong relationships with channel partners
• Ensure compliance of company policies & procedures, Safety, Health, and Environment at distributor and trade level to ensure Toyota standards
