Responsibilities

• Answering the inbound calls landing on UAN.
• Making outbound calls for different tasks, e.g., withdrawals, follow-up calls, drop call backs, etc.
• Generate tickets for the relevant assignees for resolutions.
• Follow up on those tickets that are pending for resolution on the assignee’s end.
• Maintaining their own KPIs, e.g., quality, AHT, Quiz score, CSAT, etc.
