Position: Assistant Manager PPC (After Wash)

Orient Apparel is seeking an AM PPC After Wash who will be responsible for developing and executing effective production plans for all post-wash processes, including washing, finishing, auditing, and dispatch.

Job Description:

Manage and monitor After Wash planning, including Wash, Finishing, Audit, and Dispatch plans as per customer timelines.
Analyze data, capacity, and minutes-based planning to ensure efficient production flow.
Coordinate with production, customers, and export teams for approvals and timely dispatches.
Ensure on-time delivery through effective planning, communication, and team collaboration.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, specifically in after-wash planning and execution.
Excellent data management and analytical skills.
Proficiency in production planning tools and MS Excel.

Job Description:

Responsible for planning, monitoring, and evaluating before-wash operations, including Cut Plan, line loading, and capacity analysis.
Ensure close coordination with Cutting and Sewing for timely cut approvals and target achievement.
Continuously update production plans as per current scenarios to ensure on-time delivery.
Strong communication, data management, and teamwork skills are essential.

Skills & Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
