Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities (job postings, shortlisting,
  interview coordination)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support onboarding and orientation processes
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events
• Prepare HR documents and assist with filing and data entry
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or ongoing) in HR, Business
  Administration, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Eagerness to learn and ability to maintain confidentiality
