We Are Hiring Manager, Product Services-Bancassurance

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partners, and channels for portfolio growth.
• Maintain strong coordination with partner banks for policy processing, MIS reporting, commissions, claims, and customer queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams for product development and support.
• Assist in preparing and managing business documents, agreements, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Manage and update records of enrollments, cancellations, refunds, and complaints.
• Provide market insights and research for product strategy.
• Prepare performance reports for the Bancassurance portfolio.
• Develop and deliver product training for bank staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
