𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 – 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

o Develop innovative and trend-driven designs for 𝗸𝗶𝗱𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.
o Create detailed tech packs with accurate specifications for sampling and production.
o Coordinate with the product development and merchandising teams to ensure product accuracy and timely execution.
o Conduct market and trend research to identify new design opportunities and seasonal inspirations.
o Review samples and provide feedback on fit, fabrication, and print quality.
o Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure alignment on fabric, print, and construction details.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

o Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a recognized institute.
o 2–4 years of experience in retail or export-based apparel design, preferably in knitwear.
o Strong knowledge of tech packs, knits fabrication, and printing techniques.
o Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
o Excellent sense of color, fabric selection, and kidswear trends.
