Attock Petroleum Limited (APL), one of Pakistan’s leading Oil Marketing Companies, is looking for an energetic Executive (Non-Fuel Retail – COCOs) to manage the Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) business across our company-operated retail stations (COCOs). This role is key in expanding APL’s revenue streams through effective contracting, rental management, and partnership with major international brands.

Position: Executive (Non-Fuel Retail – COCOs)
📍 Location: Head Office, Rawalpindi
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / MA / MBA preferred)
💼 Experience: Preferably one year of industry-related experience
🧑‍💼 Skills: Negotiation, interpersonal communication, networking, coordination, analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and negotiate with international and local food chains to contract upcoming Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) facilities at company-operated sites.
• Identify potential contractors and new commercial opportunities to enhance rental revenue from NFR facilities.
• Coordinate with Retail Development to track pipeline fuel station projects and ensure timely contracting of NFR spaces.
• Act as the primary focal point for NFR business at COCO sites, overseeing contract renewals, rental collections, electricity sub-meter recoveries, and implementation of agreement terms.
• Work closely with Finance to submit and reconcile monthly rental income, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with APL standards and SOPs across all NFR outlets at COCOs.
