Asst. Production Managers, Biscuits & Confectionery Location: Plant (Raiwind)

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified and dynamic Assistant. Production Manager to oversee biscuit/confectionery manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for managing production processes, workforce, and equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. The position also ensures compliance with company policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and GMP.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily biscuit/confectionery production to achieve quality, efficiency, and output targets.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, hygiene, and food safety & quality standards across all production lines.
• Monitor and control raw material consumption, packaging material (wrapper) wastage, and overall production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and Kaizen automation initiatives to enhance productivity and process reliability.
• Implement plant optimization projects to improve performance and reduce operational costs.
• Lead, train, and motivate production teams to achieve manufacturing excellence and a culture of continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

• B.Sc./B.E. in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering.
• 4-5 years in the biscuit/confectionery or food manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of production planning, process control, and quality systems (HACCP, ISO, FSSC 22000).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
