Junior Officer – Dispatch We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven technical resource at our plant site in Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• Receive and enter authority/bilti details to generate VPS slips, ensuring timely and accurate processing on a FIFO basis.
• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) after verifying order details and quantities, maintaining accuracy between authority/Bilti and SCM records.
• Monitor vehicle movement from entry to dispatch, including stay time, breakdowns, and driver refusals, and inform the shift in charge as needed.
• Supervise cement loading at the packing plant, ensuring correct bag count, stacking pattern, brand, and MRP/FBR stamp compliance.
• Maintain and update TLA, VPS, and dispatch records in Excel and SCM systems, ensuring proper data management and weekly reporting.
