Deputy Manager – Plant Maintenance (Electrical) Join our team.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hands-on background in leading and guiding a team of electrical technicians and engineers in the installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various electrical systems and equipment within a plant environment. This includes proficiency in working with PLCs, industrial instruments, control systems, and other associated machinery. The role demands the ability to evaluate team performance, ensure adherence to safety and operational standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of plant maintenance practices.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics).

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent analytical/observation skills and report writer (RCA/MCR/KPI/daily reports, etc.)
• Familiar with SAP and computer software to support maintenance programs. Will also assist in developing cost and performance improvement proposals.
• Command on PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting.
• Responsible for checking and performing daily maintenance requests and preventive measures.
• Train employees on equipment, techniques, methods, and procedures.
