We are Hiring! Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost control.
• Verify materials, BOQS, and drawings for compliance.
• Liaise with engineers/contractors to resolve onsite issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, SOPS, and documentation.
• Report progress and emergencies to the line Manager.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on supervision in wood/metal/civil construction, renovation, or workshops
• DAE (Civil/Architecture) with strong technical & fieldwork skills.
• AutoCAD 2D/3D (preferred but not mandatory).
• Expertise in construction materials, BOQS, cost estimation, and market trends (wood, tiles, MEP, etc.).
• Ability to read and implement MEP/HVAC/Plumbing drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of technicians and mechanics
• Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of projects
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
• Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the workshop
• Maintain a safe and organized working environment
• Implement and enforce quality control and safety procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to prevent downtime
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Manage inventory tools and equipment
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a workshop or manufacturing setting, preferably in a supervisory role
• Mechanical repair and maintenance
• Electrical systems and electronics

Education:

• DA diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as mechanical engineering or technology
