Artistic Milliners, a global leader in denim innovation, is seeking a forward-thinking electrical professional to lead our power and maintenance operations. This high-impact role is key to ensuring uninterrupted manufacturing, energy efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead electrical operations across the unit/complex to ensure uptime and production continuity.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance to cut downtime and extend equipment life.
• Direct troubleshooting and repairs on high-voltage systems, PLCs, and automated machinery.
• Manage power generation, distribution, and energy-saving initiatives to control cost and drive sustainability.
• Plan infrastructure upgrades, including substations, distribution networks, and backup systems.
• Enforce compliance with all safety regulations, electrical codes, and environmental standards.
• Develop and mentor engineering teams to maintain a high-performance, safety-focused culture.
• Partner with production and utilities for new installations and process upgrades.
• Own maintenance budgets, monitor KPIs, and report results to leadership.

Qualification: BSc / BE in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of relevant field experience.
