REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's, Master's from a HEC-recognized University

Experience: 02 – 04 years in Transaction/Fraud Monitoring or Data Analytics

Department: Risk & Information Security

Location: Karachi, Pakistan

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Monitor transactions & customer activities on various systems
• Register tickets for events triggered in monitoring systems on CRM
• Investigate the account according to the defined guidelines and follow the process for temporary blocking
• Maintain defined TATs and KPIs
• Maintain FMU MIS & records on CRM
• Work in 24×7 rotating shifts
• Coordinate with different teams and cross-functional departments for case investigations.
• Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring strict compliance with information security as well as confidentiality requirements.s
