SOURCING SPECIALIST (APPAREL & FABRIC)

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Fashion & Design.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in fabric sourcing.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing reliable fabric suppliers to support the pret collections. It also involves sourcing woven, greige, printed, and digital fabrics in line with seasonal requirements, while negotiating cost-effective terms without compromising quality. This position requires close collaboration with design, planning, merchandising, and QA teams to ensure timely material availability and seamless product development. By staying informed on fabric trends, market dynamics, and supplier capabilities, it will play a key role in driving efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness in the sourcing process.
