Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER/ DEPUTY MANAGER-HSE

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HSE professional to join our team as “Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager – HSE” at our processing plant. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in occupational health, safety, and environmental management to strengthen compliance and enhance workplace safety standards.

QUALIFICATION: BSC/MSC CERTIFICATIONS: IOSH, NEBOSH, AND OSHAS (Exposure to SMETA will be an added advantage)

EXPERIENCE: 05-08 Years of Experience (Preferably from the relevant or textile industry)

LOCATION: Sheikhupura

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, review, and enforce comprehensive health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures that comply with relevant legal and industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify workplace hazards, evaluate associated risks, and establish effective control measures to minimize incidents.
• Carry out routine workplace inspections and process audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies.
• Design and deliver HSE training programs to enhance employee awareness of workplace hazards, safe practices, and emergency preparedness.
• Oversee fire safety systems, emergency response planning, and conduct regular safety drills.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and enforce adherence to safety protocols across all levels of staff.
• Investigate workplace incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager to support overall safety and compliance objectives.
