We are hiring an Assistant Manager, EHS

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve Zero Goal (Zero Incident) at BUFF
• Maintain and analyze EHS dashboards for risk insights
• Promote EHS-focused culture via cross-departmental training
• Track incidents (LTIR, TRIR, Fire, MTC/RWC) and update controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement proactive measures.
• Achieve zero audit findings

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

• BB.Sc.Engineering in Environmental, Chemical, Industrial, Materials & Metallurgical, or Mechanical, 1-3 years of relevant experience
• IOSH/NEBOSH is Compulsory
• Good interpersonal Skills
• Strong communication and teamwork
