We Are HIRING Line Engineer – Tetrapak

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute production plans, manage shift schedules, and monitor KPIs to ensure operational targets are consistently met.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and manage spare parts inventory to reduce production downtime.
• Ensure adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements across all production activities.
• Manage SAP transactions, perform production reconciliations, and validate records for shipping, inventory, and other key processes.
• Lead and supervise new projects, identify process inefficiencies, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, ensure smooth operations, and achieve key business objectives.
• Hands-on Experience on A3 Machines. Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in a production or maintenance role, preferably in a Tetra Pak or FMCG plant.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize manufacturing cycle time, ensuring 100% adherence to production schedules.
• Oversee the operation and KPI management of Krones and Sidel production lines.
• Assist the Head of Production in production and raw material planning to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Plan, budget, and execute annual and preventive maintenance across all production lines to minimize downtime and maintain equipment reliability.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage SAP operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor resource utilization and minimize downtime.
• Hands-on Experience of Krones / Sidel High Speed Lines

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
• 5-7 years of experience in beverages/FMCG.
