Kohat Cement Company Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – HR (Operations) at our Head Office, Gulberg (Lahore), on-site.

In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day HR operations—HRIS accuracy, Personal Files, HRIS Management, attendance/time-office and payroll inputs, employee services/helpdesk, onboarding/offboarding, records, and compliance.

Bachelor’s degree with minimum CGPA 3.0 is mandatory; strong Excel/HRIS skills required; 2–4 years’ HR Ops experience preferred.
