Key Accountabilities

Corporate Secretarial: Ensure compliance with SECP, PSX, and other regulators. Manage statutory filings, records, and meeting documentation. Support the Company Secretary in governance and secretarial matters.

Legal: Draft/review contracts and provide legal opinions. Manage litigation and coordinate with external counsel. Conduct legal risk assessments and track regulatory changes.

Location: Karachi

Contract Type: Permanent

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

Education: LLB (mandatory), LLM/Bar-at-Law

Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial/legal/compliance. Knowledge of corporate law, SECP regulations. Experience in litigation management and drafting/reviewing contracts and agreements.
