The role involves parking invoices in the SAP system and performing ledger reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of records. The individual will be responsible for arranging original bills from vendors after services are performed and verifying these bills against the agreed-upon rates. Close coordination with the finance team is required for monthly closing activities. Additionally, the role includes maintaining the vendor ledger in Excel and ensuring that all records remain up to date and accurate.

Qualifications: M.com/MBA.

Requirements: Up to 03 to 04 years of relevant experience.

Expertise in the SAP MM Module will be an added advantage. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Location: Head Office.

Join our team.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager–Spare Parts to join our dynamic After-Sales Team.

This role is primarily responsible for data analysis, inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and reporting to support the efficient management of spare parts across our nationwide network. He / She shall be primarily responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to spare parts inventory, sales trends, consumption patterns, and demand forecasting. In addition to KPI monitoring, prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualification: • BBA / MBA (with majors in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or a related field).

Requirements:

• At least 03 – 05 years of experience in the automotive spare parts domain or After-Sales Operations.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.
