Total Experience Required: Minimum 4- 5 years of relevant experience

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong understanding of fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and CSR initiatives.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with individual and corporate donors.
• Expertise in developing proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• To visit the doorstep of the donor and collect the donation
• Proficiency in managing donor databases, fundraising records, and campaigns.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the non-profit healthcare sector.
