 Position: Purchase Executive
 Location: Head Office, Saddar – Karachi

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our Head Office team. The ideal candidate will possess strong vendor management skills, a knack for negotiating favorable deals, and the ability to ensure the timely procurement of essential parts and supplies for seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Purchase machine parts, electrical items, general supplies, pipes, fittings, industrial valves, etc., from local markets
• Collect quotations from vendors and prepare a comparative analysis
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery as per PO timelines
• Support repair and maintenance work for IT equipment, plant machinery, and motors

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (relevant field preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management
