Position: Maintenance Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to plan, organize, and supervise preventive maintenance activities for all mechanical, electrical, and related systems, fixtures, and fittings throughout the hotel premises.
• The ideal candidate will conduct feasibility studies for hotel upgrades and other special projects.
• Review consultant submissions and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments or modifications.
• Prepare and manage the engineering department’s budget, ensuring expenditures are balanced and remain within approved limits.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor's in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Position: Assistant Guest Relations Manager

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Collaborate with other departments for smooth guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree/Master's degree in Tourism or a related field.
