Qualification & Experience:e PhD in any discipline from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by H, and 10 Yeapost-qualificationion teaching or administrative or Professional Experience in a HEC-recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute. OR MS/M. Phil in any discipline or 18 years of education from a university or Degree Awarding institute duly recognized by HEC, and 15 years post-qualification teaching, administrative, or professional experience HEC-recognized Public or Private University or Degree Awarding Institute

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for all matters connected with the conduct of examinations.
Perform such other duties as may be prescribed or assigned by the Rector or the Board.

Qualification & Experience: Preferably a Chartered Accountant or PhD in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC and 10 years post-qualification experience as a Class One officer or above or equivalent in the relevant field. OR MS/M.Phil in Finance or Commerce or Accounting or Auditing or Economics equivalent 18 years of education in the field of Accounts and Audit from a University or Degree Awarding Institute duly recognized by HEC and 15 years post-qualification experience as a Class One officer and above or equivalent in the relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the assets, liabilities, receipts, expenditures, funds, and investments of the University.
Prepare the annual and revised budget estimates of the University and present the estimates to the Board.
Ensure that the funds of the University are spent according to the budget or any other special arrangement.
Ensure that the accounts of the University are audited annually and are available for submission to the Board within six months of the end of a financial year.
Perform such other functions as may be prescribed or assigned to him by the Rector or the Board.
