We are hiring a Production Assistant Manager-Frozen Food

Role Type: Permanent Department: Production

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Daily Operations of the Plant Production & Manufacturing.
• Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures.
• Develop processes that will maximize productivity, maintain quality, and ensure safety.
• Execute and monitor the facility performance to achieve targets.
• Develop and ensure the implementation of required SOPs to drive the business.

Key Requirements:

• Must have e Master’s Degree in Food Sciences and Technology.
• At least 3 to 5 years of operations management experience within a Frozen Food manufacturing environment.
• Experience in HACCP, BRC, and ISO standards &.
• Experience with ERP.
• Must have production experience with Frozen snacks & vegetables.
• Must be well-versed in different types of freezing technologies.
