Position: System Support Officer

Key Responsibilities include:

• Monitor & maintain network performance, internet connectivity.
• Manager of day-to-day IT support across the organization, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, Linux-based systems.
  _ User account creation and credentials across platforms, including ( MDaemon, Thunderbird, and internal file server).
• Maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, printers, and network devices.
• Perform monthly backups and weekly incremental backups of user data across the network.
• Support video conferencing and virtual meetings.

Required Education: BS Computer Science
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
