QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree

EXPERIENCE 6 months-1 year

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Assist in creating and promoting employer branding strategies.
Create engaging content (social media posts, videos, blogs, etc.) to showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences.
Coordinate with various departments for HR needs and employee queries.
Prepare HR-related reports and assist in maintaining HR databases.

Key Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in HR or related roles.
Planning, organizing, and executing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
