Responsibilities

Define and execute product strategies in alignment with business goals.
Manage the full product lifecycle – from research and concept to launch and iteration.
Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, operations, and compliance teams to ensure delivery of high-quality products.
Analyze user feedback and data to improve product performance and user experience.
Coordinate with external partners, including banks, aggregators, and service vendors.
Support go-to-market efforts and drive product adoption with internal stakeholders.
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory updates, and digital innovation in financial services.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in product management, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a digital-first organization.
Strong understanding of product management processes and agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight timelines.
Business and technical fluency – able to translate customer needs into practical product solutions.
Experience working with digital platforms serving a large and diverse user base.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
