We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Procurement

Key Accountabilities

Execute daily procurement activities for local and imported materials
Develop procurement plans aligned with company policies
Negotiate with suppliers to drive value and cost savings
Ensure the timely availability of materials to support plant operations
Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with sourcing standards
Handle import-related documentation, LC processing, and coordination with banks and clearing agents
Monitor market trends to support pricing and sourcing decisions
Support procurement projects and process improvements

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

Min. Bachelor’s degree – BBA or B.E. in any discipline.
Min. 02 – 3 years of professional hands-on experience in the subject/respective area, preferably in a large Understanding of supply chain and procurement processes
SAP/ERP knowledge (MM/MRP Modules)
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
Familiarity with import regulations and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
