POSITION: Headmaster/Headmistress (HM)

LOCATION: Karachi

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Headmaster/Headmistress to lead school development, drive academic excellence, and ensure a safe, inspiring learning environment within their phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ensure student achievement and positive behavior outcomes
-Monitor teaching quality, lesson planning, and assessments
-Implement curriculum and academic policies effectively
-Oversee staff performance and school operations
-Lead SIP, SEF, and SIQA initiatives for continuous improvement
-Foster a strong school culture with parent and community engagement
-Support strategic planning, admissions, and retention efforts

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
-MA/MSc or BA/BSc (Hons) from a recognized university
-5+ years of teaching + 2+ years in leadership/middle management
-Strong communication, leadership, and school improvement experience
