• English curriculum designing and implementation for Grades 3–8 across the region.
• Conducting lesson observations, notebook scrutiny, reviewing lesson plans, attending coordination meetings, and visiting regional schools.
• Planned, designed, and conducted curriculum-based and subject-based training for all schools.
• Collaborating on examination processes and ensuring assessment quality and consistency.
• Using data-driven analysis to enhance curriculum effectiveness and student outcomes.
