1)- Ensure OHS compliance (ISO 45001:2018) through audits, inspections, and reports.
2)- Implement industry best OHS practices and risk mitigation strategies.
3)- Develop and deliver HSE training aligned with Zero Injury goals.
4)- Monitor environmental parameters (air, water, noise, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance.
5)- Set and track OSH goals/KPIs with factory leadership.
6)- Present monthly HSE performance to senior management.
7)- Manage on-site medical support for employees.
8)- Plan and execute HSE CAPEX/OPEX projects.
