KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Train, motivate, and collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales targets.
• Analyze sales Targets and financial reports to identify areas of improvement & achieve daily, monthly, quarter, ly, and yearly sales inoperational targets.
• Maintain and meet shop VM, administration, operations, and financial targets, standards,s, and KPIs. Conduct weekly stock audits and manage inventory levels.
