QUALIFICATION Matric to Bachelor’s (as per position).

EXPERIENCE

• Management & Front Office: 2-5 years in hospitality.
• Kitchen & F&B: 1-3 years in hotel/restaurant setup.
• Housekeeping & Support Staff: Relevant experience preferred.
• Electrician: Minimum 2 years with technical certification.

Position: Chief Engineer

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Oversee property structure, electrical, and mechanical system troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
• Ensure compliance with fire and safety standards across all properties.
• Manage maintenance logs, reporting, and prioritize work orders effectively.
• Conduct technical audits of the properties and follow up on identified areas for improvement.
• Support budgeting, control expenses, and assess staff performance and development.

QUALIFICATION University Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE Demonstrates functional expertise preferably in a Hotel for a minimum of 5 to 7 years of working on HVAC, chillers, Boilers, and gensets.
