Position: IT Analyst

FF Steel, a leading manufacturer of Grade 60 Steel Bars, with large-scale production units in Lahore and Peshawar, is seeking applications from talented, passionate, and energetic professionals for its IT department at the Head Office.

Location: Hayatabad, Peshawar

BSCS/BS IT/BS SE or equivalent with 2 years of experience in development and 1 year as a System Analyst.

The incumbent will be responsible for aligning IT support, design, and quality assurance teams by gathering and documenting requirements, updating IT policies, and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Oversee the entire IT project lifecycle from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality delivery within scope and deadlines. Supervise teams, monitor KPIs, and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement. Concrete knowledge of project management, UX/UI principles, SOP documentation, quality assurance processes, business analysis, risk management, multitasking, and team leadership are prerequisites. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and time management skills are essential to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions.
