We are hiring an Assistant Manager Sales

Key Accountabilities

Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating and resolving problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
Achieve the assigned sales target.
Preparation of sales forecast on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis. Setting sales targets and making plans to achieve them
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant departments
Lead all aspects of the sales process, culling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by the management

Timely Recoveries from customers
New business development

Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors

MBA with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Analytical skills, flexible thinking, judgement, communication skills, organizational skills, computer skills, and continuous improvement
Must have experience in customer relationship management, sales, marketing, and operations management
Should have experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
Ability to act/work independently, high motivation, and ability to multitask
