Manager Operational Technology (OT) We seek dynamic and results-driven IT Professionals to join our team at our Plant Site, Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT from a recognized University
• At least 5-8 years of professional experience in positions related to IT/OT service management
• Actively participate and lead projects in security governance and building target IT/OT security operating models.
• Manage security transformation projects by designing and implementing organizational and process changes and drive convergence between OT (Automation/Engineering), Security, and IT teams.
• Establish and improve the organization’s cybersecurity operations in the area of industrial control systems.
• Develop security strategies and provide thought leadership in the area of security operations, governance and target operating models.
• Experience in developing and executing incident response plans alongside knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443) and other regulatory requirements.
• Relevant certifications in OT/IT security would be preferred
