Deputy Manager Planning and Development

We are seeking dynamic and result-driven technical resources at our Plant Site – Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

BSc in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of Experience in modern Dry Process Cement Plant maintenance planning.
Should be able to manage & supervise plant centralized maintenance team
Manage distribution of manpower in areas according to plant requirements
Develop and Execute Technical training plans.
Develop and manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive,e and corrective actions.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Well-versed with Oracle-based maintenance tools & MS Office
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Good knowledge of new developments & best practices in modern cement plants.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-versed with Oracle-based maintenance planning tools
Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Manage the Capex and Opex projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely execution.
Develop & manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive, and corrective actions.
Oversee the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure efficient management of spares & services inventory for routine maintenance and shutdowns.
Utilize operational data to enhance efficiency and improve processes.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
Good knowledge of new developments and best practices in modern cement plants.
Hands-on experience in the execution of energy optimization projects.
Excellent communication, strong presentation, and interpersonal skills.
