We seek dynamic and result-driven technical resources at our Plant Site – Mianwali.

Requisite Qualification & Experience:

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering with at least 6 years of Experience in modern Dry Process Cement Plant maintenance planning.
• Should be able to manage & supervise plant centralized maintenance team
• Manage distribution of manpower in areas according to plant requirements
• Develop and Execute Technical training plans.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive, and corrective actions.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Well-versed with Oracle-based maintenance tools & MS Office
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Good knowledge of new developments & best practices in modern cement plants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Manage the Capex and Opex projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely execution.
• Develop & manage maintenance schedules, focusing on preventive, predictive,e and corrective actions.
• Oversee the maintenance budget, monitor costs, and implement cost-saving strategies.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure efficient management of spares & services inventory for routine maintenance and shutdowns.
• Utilize operational data to enhance efficiency and improve processes.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Good knowledge of new developments and best practices in modern cement plants.
• Hands-on experience in the execution of energy optimization projects.
• Excellent communication, strong presentation, and interpersonal skills.
