• Lead national and Lahore region sales for Crops, ensuring target achievement in line with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure full team compliance with the Company’s HSE and Ethics policies, with a strong focus on product stewardship and safety.
• Provide regular market insights and deliver timely, accurate competitive intelligence reports to the Head of Sales and Business Head.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through precise forecasting and effective stock management.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with Industrial Chemicals prospects and key industry stakeholders.
• Enhance team capabilities and engagement by promoting a culture of trust, respect, and continuous professional development.
• Manage credit recoveries and oversee outstanding payments by Company policies.
• Deliver exceptional post-sales services to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Optimise cost management practices to ensure an efficient cost-to-benefit ratio.
• Identify, develop, and commercialize new business opportunities in relevant chemical sectors to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
