What We’re Looking For:

• Qualification: BBA / MBA (preferably in Marketing) or Bachelors / Masters in Textile Engineering
• Experience: 3-4 years in the Home Textile Industry.

Skills & Knowledge:

• In-depth understanding of “Greige Fabric” and processed fabrics, including bleaching, dyeing, printing, and garment washing.
• Proficiency in calculating consumption of made-up items for markets like the USA/UK, including multi-piece comforter sets, embellished comforter sets, bedspreads, sheet sets, quilt covers, and pet beds.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and monitor customer relationships.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage operational processes effectively.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the marketing team in planning, organizing, and coordinating daily operational activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor operational processes and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Leverage your expertise in textile products to support accurate consumption calculations and product development.
• Contribute to strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals.
